Bronze, rust and dark chocolate flowing in wide vertical bands, with pale gold breaking through. Long enough to wrap the whole figure.
Draped from the shoulder it falls almost to the ground, which is how it is shown here.
Made by nuno felting: fine merino wool is felted directly into silk, so the fabric stays light and soft while keeping the warmth of wool.
Made to order. The photographs show a piece that has already found its owner. Yours is created for you in the same materials, colours and technique — close in spirit and palette, but never an exact copy: hand felting cannot be repeated identically, and that is precisely what makes every piece one of a kind.
Materials: merino wool, silk (including Margilan silk), silk fibres, viscose, eucalyptus viscose (Tencel), nettle fibre and decorative fibres.
Care: hand wash in warm water with a mild wool detergent. Do not wring. Dry flat. Avoid sharp temperature changes between washing and rinsing. May be ironed if needed, at the wool setting.
